Supplier management
- Order management
- Design and optimize processes for placing, tracking, and receiving orders.
- Maintain inventory records and manage backorders.
- Identify and correct stock keeping units (SKUs).
- Proactively manage supplier issues (delays, non-conformities) with corrective actions and mitigation plans.

Production management
- Lean expertise
- Map processes and stakeholders to identify key pain points and define improvement levers.
- Apply Lean principles to reduce waste (time, inventory, motion) in production.
- Define supply chain strategy.
- Facilitate Kaizen workshops, continuous improvement projects, and team training in Lean tools (5S, SMED, VSM, Kanban).
- Analyze forecast variance and measure reliability.
- Implement BI dashboards and visual management tools.
- Integrate Lean thinking into planning to better synchronize production and supply.
- Field support
- Optimize warehouse space, storage and resource allocation.
- Support production and logistics teams on the shop floor to implement best practices, resolve issues quickly and track KPIs.
- Leverage our network of field engineers based in service centers.
- Performances Analysis
- Map logistics flows to remove inefficiencies and bottlenecks in production.
- Implement quality monitoring systems, audits and performance indicators (service rate, supplier reliability, inventory turnover, OTD - On-Time Delivery).
- Conduct gap analysis and root cause identification using tools like FMEA, Pareto analysis and the 5 Whys.
- Apply systemic management principles to reinforce continuous improvement.
