Maintenance engineering is a key discipline which aims to ensure that equipment, systems and infrastructures operate properly, and remain available, reliable and efficient throughout their lifecycle.
It involves the identification of necessary repairs, as well as the technical documentation, planning, organization and execution of the resulting maintenance activities.

Integrated Logistics Support (ILS)

Our objective: optimize the lifecycle of complex systems in demanding environments by integrating all aspects related to maintenance, usage and total cost — right from the design phase.
- Design and optimization of logistics trees, maintenance plans and spare parts lists.
- Analysis of repair levels and maintenance strategies.
- Life-cycle and operational maintenance cost analysis.
- Technical documentation: maintenance manuals, spare parts catalogs, installation guides, user manuals, illustrations, etc.
- Expertise in documentation standards (S1000D, S2000M, DITA, DocBook).
- Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
- Obsolescence management.
Operational Reliability (RAMS activities)

- Systems analysis: Preliminary Risk Analysis (PRA), Functional Analysis, Safety Plans, Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (FMEA), Fault Tree Analysis (FTA).
- Predictive reliability (RAMS): assessment of reliability, availability, maintainability and safety.
- Calculation models: FMD, Functional Reliability Diagrams.
- Safety processes: functional analysis, integration and simulation testing and safety reviews.
