Our Field Services solution

Field Service is a strategic lever for In Service Support. It’s the tangible expression of field support—essential for responsiveness, customer proximity, and sharing valuable feedback with engineering teams. At ATEXIS, we deploy the full range of on-site technical assistance, serving armed forces, airlines and systems integrators. 

  • Deployment of field engineers directly to the customer or operational forces

  • First-level technical interface: incident management, on-site troubleshooting

  • Operational support for the use of complex systems (avionics, weapons, sensors, etc.): advice, expertise, on-site training

  • Collection of feedback from field experience (RETEX) to feed into the support cycle: relaying insights to project and engineering teams, identifying gaps, deviations or opportunities for improvement

  • Operational logistics support:local coordination of spare parts and special tools, ensuring proper stock levels, traceability and availability of support resources
