ATEXIS’ Got Talent, our in-house sponsorship program

A stage for creativity and team spirit.

At ATEXIS, we believe in the potential of our employees and in the importance of supporting their personal projects. For the past two years, our in-house ATEXIS’ Got Talent program has enabled our employees to realize ambitious initiatives in a variety of fields, from community projects to sports and cultural events.

In 2024, six inspiring projects were selected and supported under this program:

Betty Lopez, Business Manager, worked with the NGO “Pozos Sin Fronteras” (pozosinfronteras.org) to help build and maintain wells in disadvantaged areas. Thanks to this support, we have purchased bottles of water to distribute in our offices in Spain, with 100% of the profits going to causes that improve living conditions in these regions. We have also extended this initiative by donating water to Paiporta, one of the villages hardest hit by the recent DANA storm in Valencia (find out more in the article “ATEXIS commits to access to water“)

Cristina Serrano, Technical Illustrator, realized her artistic dream by launching a social networking page dedicated to her work and creating a mural in our Seville offices, breathing new creative dynamism into our working environment.

Alvaro Dominguez, Project manager, brought together a community of cyclists by creating a team on Strava. This project, which promotes team cohesion and a healthy lifestyle, was supported by the purchase of personalized sportswear, reinforcing team spirit.

Javier Arrondo, Field Services Engineer has shared his passion for aviation with the younger generation by organizing workshops and discovery sessions in Spain, inspiring children to explore the field of aeronautics (more info in the article “ATEXIS supports innovation and passion for aviation“)

Antoine Thieulent, Bid Manager, organized three charity races in France, bringing together colleagues and friends for 5 and 10 km challenges. Participants wore shirts bearing the ATEXIS colors, reinforcing team spirit while supporting a good cause.

These projects reflect the values of ATEXIS: team spirit, ambition and a passion for learning. We are proud to support our employees in their efforts to make a difference, both within the company and in the surrounding communities. Stay tuned for the next projects selected in 2025!
